I know you are still in school and balancing school and work is a hard job. Now that you have made it this far, a consistent working experience shows a recruiter about your perseverance and commitment to an organization. We have been working together for quite some time and I think highly of your performance and work ethics. I have faith in your growth within the company. I did not become a supervisor overnight. I was in your shoes many years ago, but I pulled through and got where I am right now, and I believe if you do the same, you will succeed here as well. There are certain qualities that the company evaluate before we make a promotion decision, because we need time to see if a candidate is qualified. Normally, at the end of the year, which is coming up, we will start giving performance reviews of some qualified candidates for potential promotion. Most management level within the company starts as a salesperson like you, and then get to supervisor level and eventually to management level.
