1. The company used cheerful words in its posts. It frequently mentioned beatific phrases such as “festival”, “food paradise”, intending to give a “Taste if Happiness” to readers.
2. The latest post is a prayer for Manchester attack. The purpose is to show the company has a sense of social responsibility and humanitarianism.
3. The company made use of mother’s day in marketing on Facebook. It is not unusual that people think of their childhood when seeing the childish word “mommy”. Mom’s foods are always the best. By reminding readers the coming of Mother’s Day, it also effectively reminded customers to buy Bang Candy’s product as a gift to appreciate family love.
4. By posting photos with sunshine and repeatedly mentioning “summer” a lot of times, the readers will associate the hot weather with their ice cream.
5. When taking a look at photos, we can see a lot of colorful graphs. These photos usually have some association with the company’s products. For instance, the company uploaded a series of graphs in purple color, so that readers can connect to their lavender syrup.
Based on the above examples, we can make our conclusion regarding the voice that The Bang Candy’s Company is trying to expressing:
· Tone: exhilarating and impressive
· Character: authentic but playful
· Language: “sweet”, “happy”, “enjoy”, “everyday”, etc.
· Purpose: reminding people their childhood and families, encourage customers to enjoy everyday life by giving themselves some time to relax.
We acknowledge that The Bang Candy’s Company is doing a good job in social media marketing. Its strategy keeps up with the social trend as well as seasonality. We can even imagine that what it will post on other festivals and celebrations.  
However, there are some inevitable weaknesses if we broaden our perspective to the candy industry, or even the food industry as a whole. These tones, languages, or persona can be applied to any other competitor. The Bang Candy’s Company might question itself where the company’s uniqueness lies. It might other more effective ways to announce its specialty and indispensability to its customers.
Since it doesn't seem to be many varieties among companies in the candy industry, we do encourage The Bang Candy’s Company try to adopt some other methods to improve customer experience. Chatbots could be a great place where company can make its service special. It seems that when given similar qualities among alternative products, business competition nowadays lies more in how reliable a company can be.
